Miss to Mrs from chennai to chhattisgarh :-)
Hi...
To start with.... my hubby is an awesome person with cute gestures and pleasing manners, that he proved to be the best person on earth.... ofcourse after my mom!! thanks to almighty for helping me find him :-)
After the hectic one week at Chennai soon after wedding i moved to chhattisgarh... the work place of my hubby. Hmmm went there with lots of excitement of new place and anxiety to set up our new home. First one week was too good as we stayed in a guest house provided by the company. All that we did was shop whatever is reqd for the house, eat and sleep... wow awesome days !!!
Once we got the qurters alloted to us, it was cleaning and mopping for a few days then i started
to cook with ease as i was already well trained. Moreover prabhu liked and appreciated all that i cooked as he felt it was much better than his "mess" chapathi and dhall !!
There are not many places there for sight seeing but we went to Bavani mandir and Sarveshwar temple. there is a huge "silver jubilee" park, which is a cute place to spend during the eve.
I am yet to visit a few more places and will bring them to this forum later. Seems there are a few lakes and other natural scenic places to enjoy!!
Coming to things that made me get afraid wen hubby went to work. Such a huge house with almost 7 rooms and a balcony and me alone facing my thoughts in solitary confinements made me go to a stage of frustration!! And in this it is easy to get into a self-piteous mode. I had to socialize as much as my mental disposition allows. Making friends was quite a challenge, and especially with people who are not much of extroverts. One good thing was that i made it a point to keep the house tidy and also cook variety to keep myself occupied. As always cleaning was cathartic!
To add to the above and there was a was a huge storm that made the windows rattle, making me frightened... and those huge rough lizzards are my nightmare..... btw anyone there who knows wat to be done to chase lizzards pls ??? i am now in chennai to witness my sis in laws wedding but am really frightened to go back coz of those l..... some one help me pls..... :-(
