SPOT AWARD!!
Hmmm....guess it was a long gap in filling my glyptic art again for the same reasons.... system problem!!
Anyways this time i thot of talking about how important it is to get recognised and awarded for whatever you do at work.
Its 4 months since i joined this organisation and jus 3 months since i started doing my process individually. It was a pleasant surprice to know that we are getting noticed for whatever we do...
Yes last week was very special to me coz i received a spot award from my department head along with a few others from my team!!
Definitely it was one of the most happiest moment.... The thought that people have started noticing whatever i do and appreciation is being given on time acts as a real boost and strengthens my ability to do right things on time...
This kind of a motivation is sure to take me to places.....

Its always true that human mind craves for attention, in a way it is required for an individual to get motivated. It always paves way for doing things in a better way & helps achieve bigger goals in life.
